I am a co-owner of a 20-unit Southwestern restaurant chain. It has been a tremendous experience, but one I would rather not repeat in the same manner. Equipment & Installation Process

  • Meeting with the customer to discuss the concept, location, menu items, equipment needs and timeline for the project.
  • Ordering equipment and supplies to arrive the week before the required delivery date, receiving the merchandise and checking it for damage, then staging items in our warehouse.
  • Delivering, uncrating, setting in place, and leveling the equipment, leaving it ready for final connections by others.
  • Returning to make final adjustments, trimming and sealing the equipment, and performing the items on the final punch list.
  • Following up with the customer to ensure their satisfaction and a continued relationship.
